NEWS
- ISBER Best Practices: Recommendations for Repositories guidelines, Fourth Edition + Addendum. “Presents the most effective practices for the management of biological and environmental specimen collections and repositories.”
- NCI Best Practices for Biospecimen Resources, revised 2016. “This revised 2016 version of the NCI Best Practices is intended to provide more current and detailed recommendations related to biospecimen and data quality.”
- Revised Common Rule The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and fifteen other Federal Departments and Agencies have issued final revisions to the Federal Policy for the Protection of Human Subjects (the Common Rule). These revisions took effect on January 21, 2019, and all new research receiving federal funding must comply with the New Rule. For more information about the changes to the Common Rule.
