El efecto de salud mental de COVID-19 (7 de mayo de 2020)

La angustia financiera y el aislamiento social debido a la crisis del coronavirus están desencadenando una ola de sufrimiento mental y emocional sin precedentes. Muchos estresan y se preocupan por la salud de familiares y amigos. En el Mes Nacional de Concientización sobre la Salud Mental, los expertos invitados informan sobre el acceso a la telemedicina y la teleconsejería desde el hogar para combatir la crisis, recomiendan recursos que salvan vidas y dan consejos prácticos sobre qué hacer si un ser querido está luchando con el dolor, la ansiedad y la depresión. Mental Health Toll of COVID-19 (April 7, 2020) 

Financial distress and social isolation due to the coronavirus crisis are triggering an unprecedented wave of mental and emotional suffering. Many stress and worry over the health of family and friends. On National Mental Health Awareness Month, guest experts report on access telemedicine and telecounseling from home to fight the crisis, recommend lifesaving resources, and give practical advice on what to do if a loved one is struggling with grief, anxiety and depression.
