Scrubs East Cafe

Scrubs East Cafe is located on the first floor inside the Medical Education Building. Scrubs East offers freshly prepared salads, panini sandwiches, soups, pastries, and a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as specialty coffees created by a barista.

Food and Nutrition Services has the Nutritional Analysis of food items posted in all our cafes. Vegetarian, Whole Food Plant Based and Gluten Sensitive options are indicated to help you make healthier food choices.

Food and Nutrition Services is proud to serve REAL food.  We are excited to commit to a food program that seeks increased Real local and sustainable food ingredients, Education and engagement with our community, staff and vendors, Acts with compassion and looks for ways to generate Less waste and increase resource stewardship.  As our dining program develops, we use these principals to guide our journey.
