How to Register for a Class

Send us an email message or call our office at (916) 734-0718 to request enrollment in your desired class. If you choose to send an email,  please remember to include the following information.

• Email hs-healtheducationclass@ucdavis.edu
  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Medical record number (if known)
  • Class name
  • Class location
  • Class date and time of class

Once we receive your request, we will send you an email confirmation. If you do not receive it within 3 business days, registration is not confirmed. Please call (916) 734-0718 to resolve the registration issue.

You can also self-enroll into a class online, go to your MyUCDavisHealth and select Make an Appointment then choose Health and Wellness Classes.
