Frequently Asked Questions

When I try logging in it says ""Account is not yet set up with the parking office".

Please call the parking office to provide your Kerberos ID.

I am unable to purchase another B Permit/C Permit because mine is about to expire, but that permit is not listed as a choice.

If you currently have an active permit, you will need to wait until your current permit expires to purchase another. Please visit our office if you would like to purchase it in advance.

I am an employee but will be attending an appointment as a patient. Can I still park in patient parking?

Yes, you can park in patient parking but have to log into your account and order an Employee Appointment Permit for the day of your appointment. Patient parking rates do apply.

I am unable to view the link in my browser.

Please try using a different browner, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or a mobile device browser such as Safari.

I have a brand new car that does not yet have a permanent license plate number. How do I add it on to my permit?

If the new vehicle was provided a temporary paper license plate, enter this plate number to be associated with the permit. Once the permanent plates are added to the vehicle you must update the plate number on file.

In the event that you were not provided a temporary paper license plate, please call Parking & Transportation Services to provide the vehicles VIN.

I have another vehicle that I occasionally drive or I have a rental car. What do I do?

You can list up to 3 vehicles on your account, including a temporary replacement vehicle, such as a rental car.

What do I do if I need to use my Green Commuter 1-Day Permit at the Davis Campus?

You will be able to print the GC 1-Day Permit through the email confirmation receipt or online under “View Permit.”

I work at Davis Campus several times a week, do I have to print out a 7-day pass every week?

A Permanent Notice of Virtual Permit might be a better option for you, please email with your employee ID number and how often you work at Davis Campus. If approved, you will be notified when the permit is ready for pickup.
