Steam Cell Core The Stem Cell Core specializes in the generation, growth, maintenance, and differentiation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC). We use state-of-the-art technology and expertise to create iPSC lines from various tissue sources such as patient-derived fibroblasts. We are experienced in differentiating these iPSC lines into specific tissue types of interest for disease modeling and therapeutic development, including neural stem cells, neural progenitors, and organoids. Moreover, we are skilled in the isolation, growth, and maintenance of adult stem cells, including mesenchymal stem cells and hematopoietic stem cells. We aim to assist both academic researchers and industry partners in their stem cell research pursuits.
