Clinical Interests
Dr. Hallett has clinical interests in immunologic and allergic diseases, including rhinitis, asthma, sinusitis, urticaria, angioedema, anaphylaxis, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, atopic dermatitis and allergic gastrointestinal disorders.
Dr. Hallett also treats patients who have comparable clinical problems without an apparent allergic cause, including vasomotor rhinitis, nonallergic asthma, primary immunodeficiency and adverse drug reaction.
Her research activities include identification of common aeroallergens associated with asthma, allergic rhinitis in the Sacramento Valley, and the association of tension or migraine headaches presenting as allergic rhinitis and sinusitis.
