Philosophy of Care
I believe that the osseous and soft tissue injuries of each patient are unique. Successful and optimal treatment of each injury relies on the understanding of the fracture and the development of a plan that delivers the best care possible.
I strive to provide the highest level of both conservative and operative management to my patients by combining classic methods of care along with safe, newly emerging surgical techniques, devices, and treatment philosophies.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Eastman's clinical area of focus is treating complex injuries to the pelvis and acetabulum. He also enjoys caring for polytraumaztized patients with long bone fractures and periarticular injuries of the upper and lower extremity.
Research/Academic Interests
Dr. Eastman's research interests include: Clinical outcomes, cadaver investigations, and implant biomechanics.
