Quality Improvement Specialist
Xinran Dhaliwal is a Quality Improvement Specialist with the Prevention Policy & Practice Group at the Center for Healthcare Policy and Research. Beginning in 2021, Xinran works primarily on the Healthy Living Clinics initiative (HLCI). HLCI aims to promote effectiveness of tobacco cessation efforts at clinics by providing training and technical assistance for quality improvement. Xinran previously served as the Project Manager for the Tobacco Education Clearinghouse of California, a statewide technical assistance provider for tobacco related educational material development. In addition, she has experience coordinating multi-site concussion studies at Stanford and working on community health assessment/improvement at the Yale New Haven Health System. Xinran received her B.S in Neuroscience from UCLA, and her M.P.H. in Health Care Management from the Yale School of Public Health.
