Julie Rainwater, Ph.D., Director, received her doctoral degree in Sociology from Stanford University and has 20 years of experience in program evaluation in health and education at University of California, Davis. To reach Julie email:

Stuart Henderson, Ph.D., Associate Director, received his doctorate in Sociology from University of California, Davis. He has over 15 years of experience in research and evaluation. Working on a range of health and education programs, he provides expertise in evaluation design and implementation, qualitative and mixed methods research, and visual reporting. Amy M. Carrillo, Ph.D., Evaluation Specialist, provides expertise on several evaluation projects, including support to the evaluation of CTSC training programs. She earned her Ph.D. in Human Services Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. In addition to the evaluation skills she is bringing to our unit, she has extensive knowledge in community psychology, applied social psychology, research education, and qualitative/quantitative methods.
